As the founder of Private Heraderma Polyclinic and an Industrial Engineer; I started the journey 14 years ago with measurable quality value, sustainable aesthetics and beauty service area and our health institution status; I established a team with the same vision. T.R. In line with the Ministry of Health regulations, we continue to improve the services we provide to many local and foreign clients together with our measurement and evaluation unit. We constantly evaluate the feedback of our Dermatology and Medical Aesthetic physicians and assistant staff, who love their jobs, in order to understand our customers, meet their expectations and offer more, and we work hard to share our “correct information” resources publicly on social media and other channels.

Customer relations management

Our customers’ expectations and feedback are our most important criteria in shaping our products and applications. We determine customer expectations in cooperation with professional institutions. After our applications, we receive instant feedback from our customers, plan our improvements in line with this feedback and take appropriate actions. Our employees

We select our employees from people who are open to development and change and who love their profession. In addition to basic vocational training, our employees are provided with training on current applications, device usage and methods. We aim to serve our customers within the framework of planned-supervised and medical procedures with our professional and experienced employees by taking the theoretical and practical parts in parallel. Most of our employees have been working with us since our establishment. We aim to provide a pleasant working environment for our employees to work more efficiently in a happy and peaceful environment. Our most important criterion for the methods and practices in our clinic is that they have passed the necessary scientific studies and obtained successful results.
